Alamer by Lowe Living

“By offering window furnishing packages designed exclusively for each residence, we can provide the client additional style and quality, while take away the added stress so  the client can check that off their list and  enjoy their new home.”  - Emma Lowe, Co-Director of Lowe Living

This month instead of profiling an architect, builder or photographer we thought it would be interesting to talk to someone whose job it is to pull an entire project together, right from inception through to handover. We asked Emma Lowe one of the Directors and Owners of Lowe Living if she could give us a glimpse behind the curtains of her leading property development business.

Emma explained that the business has been successfully “redefining expectations, experiences and project outcomes” for 6 years due to having one main focus - the end client, “our high-end projects are designed with the owner-occupier in mind. Our design principles and attention to every detail all stem from our resolute client-centred philosophy.” This has enabled Lowe living to continuously deliver boutique medium-density residential apartments and townhomes in Melbourne’s most aspirational suburbs.

Lowe Living’s most recent project, Alamer Brighton, is a collection of boutique apartments and a single townhome in Black Street Brighton. When developing the feasibility on this project the team determined that the key client would be “local downsizers who were looking for a low maintenance lifestyle without compromising on quality or detail.” As such the design focused on the features and fittings that would deliver luxury in both a timeless and contemporary manner. From the hammered marble exterior built around the established Eucalyptus trees, through the fluted glass steel doors, down to the travertine kitchen and fireplace details – Alamer was always intended to create both an elevated and memorable experience.

Like many developers, Lowe Living consistently partners with Lovelight to offer a full-service experience to their buyers so that they can enjoy “beautifully furnished spaces that they will love for years to come.” Emma described how she “loves working with Lovelight as we share the same values like being extremely client-focused and offering unmatched levels of quality and service.”

With Alamer, the Lowe Living team has once again proved that meticulous attention to detail and service pays off, selling out all residences off the plan and then exceeding the expectations of these discerning clients, who interestingly enough “had all relocated from their large family homes within a 3km radius of the project!” Lowe Living has even received industry recognition by winning “both Development of the Year for Urban Developer (development awards) and Apartment Complex of the Year for HIA (construction awards), which is the perfect duo for a developer builder”.

Talking to Emma you could really tell that it’s their passion that has continuously impacted the success of these projects and browsing through the images it’s easy to understand why Alamer’s clients were so pleased to move in and enjoy their investment.
